2. Description of Services

• NetSim: A browser-based network simulation platform for learning and practicing network configurations.
• ZN: A zero trust security layer for AI agent deployments.

3. User Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized access to your account.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

5. Intellectual Property

The NetSim and ZN core engines are licensed under AGPL v3. The hosted services, branding, and proprietary features remain the intellectual property of NetSim Labs.

6. Payment Terms

Pro and Enterprise subscriptions are billed according to the pricing on our website. Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis. Contact support@netsim.dev for billing inquiries.

7. Limitation of Liability

NetSim Labs provides services "as is" without warranty. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of our services.
